إيمانًا منها بأهمية تعزيز قدرات المجتمع التعليمي ومساعدة المؤسسات الأكاديمية على مواجهة الاضطرابات الناجمة عن انتشار فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) المستجد، سارعت بيرسون الشرق الأوسط، الشركة التعليمية الرائدة في العالم، إلى توفير طيف واسع من أدوات التعلم أونلاين على منصتها الإلكترونية، تجاوبًا مع التوجيهات الحكومية بإغلاق المدارس والجامعات، الأمر الذي وضع نهاية مفاجأة للتعلم داخل الفصول الدراسية، بدأ معها الآباء والمعلمون والطلاب على السواء في البحث عن أحدث الأدوات المبتكرة للتعلم أونلاين.
